Terms that apply when accessing and using AIPartnerLens.
Purpose of the website
AIPartnerLens is a decision-oriented comparison platform for B2B AI service providers. It helps professional buyers compare providers using criteria including use cases, available evidence, indicative budgets, tools, risks, limitations, categories and best-fit or poor-fit contexts.
Website access
The website is available to users free of charge. The publisher may modify, suspend or interrupt all or part of the website at any time, including for maintenance, updates or editorial changes.
Provider profiles
Provider profiles may be built from public sources, declared information, verified contributions or editorial analysis.
An unclaimed profile does not mean that the provider has validated all information published on the page.
Free factual corrections
Listed companies may request a factual correction free of charge, including to a name, link, category, source, description, outdated statement or other clear factual error.

Paid profile options
Paid offers can structure, enrich and maintain a more complete provider profile. Depending on the plan, they may include review of information and evidence, use cases, best and poor fits, communicated budgets or scope, updates and reporting when the relevant data exists.
Payment does not automatically trigger the Verified badge. A profile remains under review until validation. Verification may expire or be withdrawn if the information is no longer current.
When a paid service is cancelled or expires, paid benefits end under the applicable terms. Editorial facts already documented are not artificially removed.
Editorial independence
Paying for a provider offer does not allow a provider to buy:
- a better score;
- a guaranteed ranking;
- a guaranteed recommendation;
- removal of a documented factual risk;
- fake reviews;
- guaranteed leads.
Any shortlist, analysis or recommendation remains based on the buyer's need, actual fit, available evidence and the AIPartnerLens methodology.
No guarantee
AIPartnerLens does not guarantee complete market coverage, permanent accuracy of information, traffic volume, lead volume, sales conversion or a provider's suitability for every specific situation.
Users should verify website information before making commercial, contractual or financial decisions.
Prohibited use
The following uses are prohibited:
- unauthorized large-scale scraping;
- substantial reuse of content without permission;
- using the website to build a copied competing database;
- attempting to disrupt the operation of the website;
- submitting false, misleading or unlawful information.
Responsibility
The publisher cannot be held responsible for decisions users make on the basis of information published on AIPartnerLens. Buyers remain responsible for their own checks, discussions, audits, contracts and final decisions.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be changed at any time. The applicable version is the version published on the website at the time of consultation.
