This privacy policy explains how AIPartnerLens collects and uses certain personal data through the website, forms, contact requests, factual-correction requests and provider-profile claims.

Data collected
AIPartnerLens may collect the following data when you use the website or submit a form:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number, if provided;
- company name;
- company website;
- job title or professional role;
- free-text message;
- information related to a correction, listing, shortlist or profile-claim request;
- technical and statistical information related to website navigation.
Purposes
This data may be used to:
- respond to a contact request;
- process a factual correction;
- review a listing request;
- process a provider-profile claim;
- receive, qualify and prepare a shortlist request;
- with the buyer's explicit consent, transmit the request and contact details to no more than three providers selected for that need;
- communicate with a provider or B2B buyer;
- improve AIPartnerLens content, categories and provider profiles;
- measure website audience and performance;
- produce aggregated, non-sensitive statistics about website usage.
Tools and service providers
AIPartnerLens may use:
- Vercel as the website hosting and technical provider;
- Airtable to receive and store information submitted through forms;
- Google Search Console for indexing monitoring;
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 only after consent when those tools are enabled;
- Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated audience measurement, with a separate opt-out option;
- contact, correction, profile-claim and shortlist forms.
Cookies and audience measurement
Aggregated audience measurement with Vercel
AIPartnerLens uses Vercel Web Analytics by default to obtain aggregated statistics about visits, viewed pages, traffic sources, devices and browsers. This tool does not rely on third-party cookies. Vercel is also the website hosting provider.
URL query parameters and fragments are removed before page views are sent. No custom commercial event, form content, contact detail or lead identifier is intentionally sent to Vercel Web Analytics.
You can separately opt out of this audience measurement at any time using the control below. This choice neither enables nor disables Google Analytics and does not prevent access to the website.
Optional Google analytics
Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 are separate tools. They are enabled only after explicit consent. You can accept, refuse or change this choice, and refusing does not prevent access to the website.
Business events sent to Google Analytics after consent may include clicks to provider profiles, categories, official websites or resources, and form interactions. Free-text form content, email addresses, names, phone numbers and sensitive data are not intentionally sent in these analytics events.
Your choice can be changed using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Retention periods
Data related to contact, correction, listing, shortlist or profile-claim requests may be retained for up to three years after the last active exchange.
Statistical and analytics data is retained according to the retention periods of the tools used and only as needed for audience measurement and website improvement.
Data recipients
Data is intended for the publisher of AIPartnerLens. It may also be processed by technical providers required to operate the service, including Vercel for hosting and aggregated audience measurement unless you opt out, Airtable for form intake and storage, and Google when consent-based analytics tools are enabled.
For a shortlist request, and only after the explicit consent shown in the form, AIPartnerLens may transmit the request information and buyer contact details to no more than three providers selected for that need. Selection is based on fit with the buyer's need and does not depend on whether the provider subscribes to a paid offer.
AIPartnerLens does not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the European Union
Depending on the service providers actually used, some data may be processed in or accessed from countries outside the European Union.
Where applicable, AIPartnerLens relies on safeguards offered by those providers, such as standard contractual clauses, privacy settings or other measures described in their terms. AIPartnerLens does not promise that data is hosted exclusively in France or the European Union.
Data-subject rights
You may request access, correction, objection or deletion of your personal data by writing to zaccarie.bouaoun@gmail.com.
Proof of identity may be requested where necessary to verify the person making the request.
Consent to transmit a shortlist request can be withdrawn for future transmissions by writing to the same address. Withdrawal does not cancel a transmission that occurred before AIPartnerLens received the withdrawal request.
Sensitive data
AIPartnerLens is not intended to collect sensitive data. Users are asked not to submit sensitive information in free-text website forms.
The first shortlist-transmission workflow is operated manually during V0. This wording and the associated consent language should receive legal review before any significant increase in volume.
